How long does it take usually for a USDA Garranteed loan from applying to closing usually take?

We made our offer July 20th and closed September 9th Ohio USDA took 22 days the rest was going through bank under writting and the Loan officer getting.our file ready to go to USDA (appraisal, inspections and such)
Sent to USDA on August 14th 2013 Approved September 5th CLOSED September 9th!!!!!

Bear in mind that any government shutdown will almost certainly stop processing (from the government agency perspective) on government insured loans in its tracks
