How long does it take for a Mortgage to hit your credit report? I moved into my house on September 27th ( or sometime around there ) and none of the credit bureaus show it on my credit report. Also... once this shows up, how will effect my current credit? ( will I be able to get approved for new credit? be able to receive more CLI if a pull is necessary? etc? )
Well I looked on mine. Ours closed in July. We show a payment for Aug Sept Oct. But no updates since then. So ours seemed to report quick but now there are no updates since October.
