I think we are just about there, applied with Wells Fargo for the 203K refi last week, scores were 657-667-678, got the call on Monday that we were approved pending the appraisal.. gentleman was out on Tuesday, still waiting for his number.. LO says we need an appraisal of about $149K after improvements, 2 comps I have found (small town) are both 1100-1200 SQF houses that sold for $135Kish, our house has almost 1800 SQF.. If those houses are over $100 per SF, shouldn't we be ok???
