it depends upon the lender and your file. The quicker you close and the better your overall loan file is the lower the chance. Some lenders have set policies and always re-check credit prior to close though.
Do not open any accounts or use you credit cards. Kepp cards paid down to at or below the levels they were at when credit was pulled
Do not apply for anything or incurr any unnecessary inquiries.
