Last May we got a conventional loan with 84% LTV, ~740 score, and a loan amount of $204k. We pay $35.40/month for PMI. Not sure if a year ago is too long for comparison, though.

Well with all 3 of my scores atleast 25 points higher than yours with 15% down on a price of 143,300 my pmi is 32.40
