How much can I get approved for?

I've done several on-line calculators and they give me different numbers. Gross 52k  a year and total debt (small loan and car) paid out monthly is $514.

Credit scores.....equifax-701, experian-661 and transunion-665. Down payment of 6k. Realize I'll be looking at a FHA loan, but like I said getting different numbers on loan amounts. Do you think I could at least get a 130k or 135k loan? Taxes in our area about $3300k yearly and thinking insurance around $1200k yearly.

Yes you should qualify for that range easily.

Home owners ins shouldnt cost you but about 300-600 for that amount of home yearly.

Do they estimate on taxes, insurance and PMI on preapprovals?

It all depends. Sometimes yes and sometimes no.

Many apply for preapproval and have no idea where they are purchasing yet.
