Looking to buy my first home soon. My wife and I have a combined annual income of $90,000. We have saved up $20,000 for a down payment. We have no debt and both have credit scores around 760. We plan to talk with a mortgage broker soon but I want to get a rough idea so I thought I'd ask here.
