    I went to UW this morning, LO said he told them we want to close WED, still havent hear anything as of today, so I am guessing tomorrow?  Seems like a lot to get done and be ready for close WED, but I  guess one more sleepless night wont kill me!

     THis is my last house purchase, this process has taken years off my life!!

Turns out my LO has been taking care of my conditions. Final one finished today, so as long as they are happy with it I should get my clear to close in the morning and close tomorrow evening or the next day.

  Sounds like we are on about the same timeline, I sure am hoping for a :"clear to close" tomorrow.

We received our clear to close on 7/24, signed the papers on 7/26 but didn't close until 8/1 due to some miscalculations by my LO. Hoping you have a smooth closing process!!

My closing date was July 12th and I got my clear to close on the 10th of July

Still no answer, im getting upset about this whole thing.

A family is sitting here waiting in pain, we are past our closing date by a week already. Please God let us hear something soon.

    Im right there with you, today was supposed to be the day we set out closing date, instead I get a request for more bank statements!!!!  WTH??

This is terrible,  I got about one more day in me and thats about it!!

You will both make it!!!!   THIS IS THE TIME TO JUST LET IT GO AND IT WILL HAPPEN. Focus on thing you will be doing with your family after you close  , you've got so much to look forward to. stay blessed, good things are coming!!!!!
