Hi all there is a piece of property in rural tn that I am wanting to buy and lease to family to raise sheep on.
Eventually I would like to build a few houses on the property as well. The property is about 15 acres with a lot of road front and plenty of paddocks for sheep. The only existing structure is an old saw mill.
Where do I even begin to look at financing this? Also I have an llc as well if that makes a difference.
