Just thought I would update this.
Scores listed in my first post where from the 3B report dated 2/28/16.
I pulled it again tonight after a lender pre approved me.
Report dated 3/3/16 scores are as follows. EQ 621, EX 654, TU 651. These are the mortgage scores.
EQ did not update my paid off loan or credit card ultilization under the 12% it previously reported so it did not change. Both EX and TU reported the paid off loan and new CCU %. 2% for EX and 6% for TU.
I cannot believe how small things make the scores jump so much.
Fico 8 scores with new report EQ 697(+3), EX 701(+41), TU 699(+63).
I would have had a long hard road getting here if it wasn't for this community, thank you all again.
