I found a big mortgage package from BofA in my mail yesterday. Perhaps big banks do things differently? Everything I've done with Sebonic has been electronic.

They were able to close my mortgage in 3 weeks, and also able to modify the terms in 3 days. So glad everything went well, and I'm officially a homeowner
