My credit got pulled yesterday and i am at 650 (middle score). I have the $14000.00 down payment and $12000.00 more in my savings. I got a promotion and now i am making 102000.00 a year. My last late payment was in dec 2011. I have been working my at my job for 14 years. I am applying for an FHA loan and my issue is that my credit is "thin". Im a AU on 2 credit cards and i live with my Dad, so no rent. I have no other credit cards. i use a prepaid phone. and im using my dads Car Ins. i own both my cars. I dont have any loans or student loans. i have 14,500.00 in credit but im only using 13% of it. no collections, no judgments, no repo's, bankruptcies and no other debt. Any idea's?? was thinking to buy a house in the next couple of months. what can be done?
