After everything was said and done, the application process was the easy part! The hard part was finding a house that I wanted with no misgivings. Well, I finally found it and we put an offer in today. I'm supposed to hear back by tomorrow night. Hopefully, in a couple of days I'll be bringing a set of GFEs here for everyone to check out. I was beginning to think that I'd never find one that I wanted.
