A creditor called me today. I had a voluntary repo 12 years ago. It has been on my credit and got off several years ago. I now have my credit straight. Now, this creditor is telling me I have to pay $9000 or they will forward it to a collection company. Is this legal after so many years. Do I have to pay to keep it off my credit?
