I am an AU----hurting my score?

I am an AU on an account that is paid on time, but does have a balance.  Is this hurting my score and can I or should I be removed as an authorized user?  What should I do?

Re: I am an AU----hurting my score?

It depends on three things:

1) the account's utilization in relationship to your other accounts minus that acct.
2) The age in relation to your AAoA.
3) Whether or not there are any baddies assoc. with this account.
