Just got off the phone with my mortgage broker! He informed me that my middle score was 693 because my TU is 715! I couldn't believe that. Idk why my Experian is lagging so far behind but I finally made it to the 700 club! (with one bureau at least) I'm happy about that! Anyway, I got approved for up to $201K FHA, 3.5% interest rate. News to my ears--Now if I could only find an affordable home…. 😒
