I closed Friday can I go get a credit card?

I closed Friday and the loan will fund on Monday. My renovation
Estimate came in higher then anticipated. Can I apply for a
Visa or does it need to wait until after the loan is funded?
I need to see how much I can get for materials since I will
Have to pay cash for the labor. Also 665 mid score who should I apply for?

You should be fine.

Some say to wait until funded, but I have never seen an issue over a new credit card at this stage.
