I feel like giving up on the whole credit score thing

Honestly, I did not check FICO, the three show 64, 645, 650

I don't know what mine were anywhere else, but I was just pre-approved for a home loan and the scores they told me were within a point or two of the FICO Mortgage scores.  Those are probably the ones you want to use as a guide.

Looks like you should be able to qualify with the stats above BUT, i would pay off car and cards first if possible.

1. How much do you have in $$ for house downpayment?  You can use this to pay off car and cards and maybe school loans.

2. Maybe pay off of cars or school loans.

I had to wait to pay off car.  When i bought my house, i had no debt except for my school loan ($152/month).
