I have a closing date ALREADY??

As a builder, we set closing date for 40 days from drywall installation. Like dallas posted, any closing date prior to a CTC is only a target date for someone.

yea this is crazy, we don't have drywall up, just going to our frame tour on the 6th, I will be very shocked oif we close on January 20th! I also think its too soon to update our documents, which my LO is going to do at the end of November

It's not 99% a HP at the end, it is %100 a HP at the end. They might HP you twice. Once right before close and right at closing. I just experienced it.

Maybe it will be good for another 90 days, and no more pulling after late Nov
