I have my pre-approval letter!!!

I just got my pre-approval letter for 145K in Boise ID, I feel I have came a long way.  I started at low 500's in February 2009.  I paid off all my debt and collection accounts (before I found this site) and even got a few baddies deleted, so I know it is possible to get to where you need to be as long as you keep on trying your hardest... P.S. and be patient, this does not happen over night

Now I just cant wait to leave this deployment so I can go look for a house when I get back!!!

That is about the best looking score bump in this timeframe (7 to 8 mos) I've seen yet!!! 

Not to mention the fact that you've obviously done this long distance!!!

Thanks Mo, yep, that was my goal this deployment, pay everything off and get my credit straight, I am very happy with the outcome.  Hopefully I will be back in a week or so!

That's great when all goes as planned!  Ask around...it doesn't happen often!  Hey....wanted to ask...was that LO pull on Aug 19?  Just wondered cuz it says Sept. 19.  Or would that be 19 Sep 09??  hehe
