I'm back in underwriting!

My file was moved to underwriting with the second lender today...

The processor made sure everything was in order, so I'm hoping it's just a short visit.

Hoping to be closed and funded by this weekend.

Re: I'm back in underwriting!

I believe that you will be closing within the next 7 days.  I would start packing your boxes and scheduling your moving truck.  You aren't giving up and this battle is not yours but the Lord.  Congratulations you have done it.

Re: I'm back in underwriting!

My realtor pc's me on an emails with the seller's agent and processor. It looks like I'm waiting in underwriting until the assistance program finishes up with getting funding transferred over which should be done today. Maybe tomorrow I will get a clear to close?

Underwriting hasn't asked me for anything... I think that's a good sign...
