Well, loan approval is in!  Still waiting on a date... but my utilities are set to be turned on Friday!

MY CLOSING DOCS ARE WITH THE TITLE COMPANY!!!!

I'M JUST WAITING TO BE GIVEN A TIME TO SIGN THEM...

THE PROCESSOR SAID AFTER SIGNING DOCS IT WILL TAKE 24-48 HOURS TO FUND AND THEN I GET KEYS!!!!!!!
