Oh and I guess the other thing that got me really nervous over the weekend was; I got an alert that they pulled another credit report on Thursday... Still not sure why they did that and wondering if anything (which I can't think of what) damaging was on it...

Maybe your previous one expired?

Actually Processer said she didn't order a new pull... So I'm not real sure what is going on there... BUT! Hubby just had to sign a BUNCH of paperwork... I think we are getting alot closer to no turning back!

The 1st credit pull from this company was on 5/3/12 so I know it wasn't expired...

It's good they pulled credit, means it's moving along........

@Watching - The same thing just happened to us. Our broker explained to me (after I called him in a panic - HA!) that it was just a "re-issue" of the first report ran .. it was not a "new" pull even though that is how it was reporting to me as thru the notifications. He's not sure why it come accross looking like a "new" pull, but assured me it was just the lender getting a clean "re-issue" of the original pull.

Oh well maybe that was it...? I haven't heard (been told) anything negitive about it yet.. So I'm not going to worry about it...
I'm just ready for this whole mess to be over... I have been up and down so many times about it that I'm almost to the point of wondering if it is really worth it or not... I love the idea of having a home that is ours.. That we don't ever have to worry about someone else wanting to come in at 9:20pm, don't ever have to worry about someone else not making the payments and have to leave... But, I think I've age 20yrs going thru this..
Even though he signed all the paperwork yesterday, we still don't have a close date... I mean our contract with the sellers says before June 11th... But, I haven't been told any kind of close date by the Loan Company...

I completely understand the frustration. Our contract date was set for June 1st, but I just don't see that happening. We heard last night that our loan was approved by the UW, but b/c we already have a FHA loan right now it was going thru a 2nd level review just to be sure everything was in compliance. We should hopefully get our conditions today. *fingers crossed* They did give our broker the OK to move forward with ordering the appraisals (we have to get one for the new house & one for our current house).

Well... I found out earlier today that the appraisal that I thought was ordered on Friday still had not been ordered... LO now says it was ordered yesterday... RA tells me she still hasn't heard anything...
On side note... Current landlord texts me every other day to find out the status of our situation... We have told him a number of times that we will be out the 2nd week of June... I don't know what he expects from us...

Appraisal is scheduled for Tuesday morning!!! So excited!
