Boy, Dallas, if YOU endorse Shane (and I have already read all his 20+ glowing recommendations on Trulia), I may feel inclined to go the same way.

I just wonder how he keeps up with the demand? He must be HIGHLY sought after. I just always worry about follwoing the consensus sometimes.
