I just want to let everyone know you can finally sleep. Think, breathe, laugh, and smile once this is done. To me the house is a work in progress. I feel like it is always something that can be done. But the one thing I have to remember is I am the landlord (LOL) there is no one to call when something doesn't work or needs to be fixed but me. But itis the best place to be on the other side of underwriting and closed
