In Final Underwriting

On Tuesday night I finally received a copy of the Banks short sale approval letter.  My processor sent everything back for final underwriters approval Wednesday morning.  Now while waiting for the close date I booked my flight for the 17th and set-up appointments for the cable/internet, exterminator, home watch service, home security and appliance delivery.  I am only going to have 4 days there this trip so I have to fit as much in as possible!

The loan cleared underwriting and sent to closing. I will close next week! I was worried buying a short sale but from offer to closing will be just under two months. Now the fun part of decorating!!!
