Income

This question is for my sister:

My sister's salary monthly wage is $4,547.
My sister gets an additional $2,200 from school for the past 2 years and will continue getting it. (not loans)

Her monthly payments are $1,500.

MidScore is 623

Will she be able to qualify? I mean, would they take the student income into consideration?
