Independent contractor under a LLC Corporation

Hello-

I have owned property in the past--i was lucky an was able to sell before market crashed-  On my credit report my mortage  was paid in full-- never late-- there are a few dings -- I know how to fix

I am on the journey once again to buy property now while the market is low-

My main querstion is this-  i am a independent contractor with company called Arise. I am paid through invoices to my corporation, and then I pay myself through my corporate checking account-  My corporation is a LLC

How can I get  a mortage, and then i just  started this year -- how many years of tax should I need to show--- and finally when do you think i could start looking to buy

Re: Independent contractor under a LLC Corporation

You will need 2 full years of taxes to qualify and keep aware it will be based off adusted income so you have to pay attention to write-offs, etc.
