I searched the board on this but the most recent post that showed up was from 2015 and had no replies.
i keep getting offers to streamline my VA Loan with the IRRRL but have been shredding them without reading because ive only had my home a year this month.
Now I am considering it after reading about them on the VAs website. They seem fairly straight forward, and perhaps easier than the original loan, and a lower interest rate.
i have zero baddies on my report (though it sounds like there isnt much of an underwriting phase with this. Loan?)
a couple of questions?
Are they really all that fast and easy?
any recommendations on an approved lender?
