Mine showed Chase as the mortgage owner pretty much as soon as I ordered. Sadly I wasn't paying attention and just paying whatever bills I had as usual and made the payment already to it... that's going to be a whoopsie if my deal falls apart heh. Hoping won't be a hassle to get that refunded after cancelling if it goes that route.
