Things like
Program type
down payment
Term (15/30 years)
even loan amount
all of these come in to play when it comes to rate
given the score youa re probably looking at FHA which means score will not be as big an issue but it could be as that is about as low as you will be able to get approved with and the banks that allow scores to 620 tend to have higher rates
