I recommend hiring a realtor. Our realtor found us our dream home that we didn't see by looking ourselves. Tell him what you most want in a home, where you would like to live and in what school district. Your realtor will send you queries of homes and you just pick out which ones you want to schedule a showing for and he will arrange it.
