That is alot of fees with that big of a gap? Have you looked through your GFE?

I'll be getting my GFE on Mon or Tues, & I'll definitely be taking a close look at it. I do know there's a 4% transfer tax here and I'll be responsible for 2%... Do you think that could be one of the causes of the big gap?

I would assume that the transfer tax is a one time fee....as I undertand it the APR is your interest rate + lender/loan fees

Yes, that's my understanding as well. Once I have the GFE in my hands I'll be able to get a better idea of what the fees are

Starting Score: September/2012 TU-496, EQ-456, EX??
Current Score: April/2013 TU-680, EQ-661,
