Um, this is a new loan, not technically refinance. . Yes it's me stated it would be difficult for you. MUCH better for credit report if you pull the scores here first, instead of hard pull from lender.

I understand that this is a new loan but I wanted to know once I secured the new loan, could I refinance it for a better rate, since 6 points stands between receiving a 3.25 versus a 3.5. I've already pulled my scores here so I know what they are.
