An update:

 

I had a credit union pull my reports (the inquiries were within the 2 week timeframe) and my scores had jumped significantly.  I assume it was due to a.) the CA being removed from all reports; and b.) July 31st marked the one year anniversary since I settled my last credit card.  YAY!

 

My scores did this in 7 days:

 

Equifax - 621 to 656

Experian - 606 to 648

Transunion - 580 to 641

 

And, I am officially pre-approved for a mortgage!
