My husband and I want to buy a house probably late 2015. My husband is a new resident and resident and we just started building his credit. We are not planning on taking out another car loan or anything of that sort before we try to buy a house so by then his credit will still only from CC. I really want the mortgage to be in both our names so both of our incomes can be counted. Is it possible for him to qualify for a mortgage even though his credit history will not be even 2 years old and all he will have will be like a couple CC???
