Hello so, im really wanting to buy my own place. something that is between 80k-140k.
that will involve for me to apply for a mortgage loan.
i make 35k a year
most of m acconts are relatevely new bringing my AAoA to 1.2 months.
i have 70k in a money market account which i can use to give a good down payment.
i have no baddies.
credit scores are in the range 710-730
i have a auto loan 19k currently at 16k
any suggestions or things i need to do to start planning to buy a house.
this is something new for me ( i know i need to start apping for cc though)

Looks to me like you are in great shape to buy a house. The age of your tradelines may be a hurdle that can be overcomed by your great credit scores and significant savings. You did not sate anything about your employment. Are you W2 employee and in current job for 24 or more months?

Yes i get my w-2 every year i used to work for a baseball team in the retail dept 2 years. which i got my w-2. and now at my current job as telemarketing i get my w-2 and im working there for about a year and 4 months and counting
