So I have been rebuilding my credit now about 8 months. I had made the mistake of not using any credit after a foreclosure.
So fastforward to now ----------- I am not looking to even start looking for a new home till december/january time frame. I have my paid tax lien to remove that is in progress and I am saving up for a larger down payment.
So I just this week started getting the "come to us" type of offers from BofA for home loans. I am NOT ready to start this process yet but I think it is a good sign that I am starting to get wooood a little bit. At least it made me happy.
