Elim's aren't so different from my FICO8s: EQ 720 | TU 746 | EX 766  I have 3 HPs in 24  on EQ and none of the other two.  I have a voluntary early exclusion on one and not on the others.

Starting FICO 8's (7/2016) EQ 715|| TU 743 || EX 762
Current FICO 8's (10/2022) EQ 838|| TU 828|| EX 826
Goal FICO 8's: 780 across the board - Goal met 9/2018;
Next Goal FICO 8's: 800 across the board - Goal met 10/2022

The median home price in San Jose (about 45 minutes from me) just reached $1,085,000 - that's nuts!

I'm gonna consider myself blessed to live in Louisiana, despite outrageous tax and now going up again on insurance😫

What are the property taxes for the home you are purchasing or considering to purchase?

Here in Florida, the property taxes are all over the place (price-wise) because if you homestead the property then assessed value is capped at 3% or the cost of living, whichever is less. If you have homesteaded your primary residence for many years, your taxes are much, much lower than those that don't have a homestead exemption.

Maybe you have something similar in Louisiana.
