Is this normal?

My LO tells me it "looks like" we'll be settling tomorrow after the processor told him "Well TBW came back and said they wanted the VOE, which for some reason they did not have, I just scanned it to forward, we are still trying for tomorrow".  But I still don't have a time.  Is that normal?  I fell really sorry for you loan guys if that's the case.

Is it a problem that they wanted the VOE?

Sounds like the lender was provided the VOE initially but just overlooked it.  TBW is usually about 48 hours to schedule a closing from the time the underwriter clears the last condition, sometimes if your loan officer has an "in" with a doc drawer they can get docs expedited for a closing within 24 hours.
