I think you would have a hard time closing with a bare minimum score and high utilization even after a pre approval.

Someone correct me if wrong but i believe pre approval only looks at income and score. 

The Bank will look at how you use credit and utilization. To a Bank high utilization is high risk lending.

And asking for a CLI when a card is near maxed out is not a good idea at all. They will decline and would lower your score more.

my dti is only like 30%, I'm not doing this for preapproval.

 

My file is mostly complete (they have bank statements, appraisal, paystubs, fha case #, etc.)

 

All I need is the 3 points to meet lender req, fha req met already.
