Ok myFico peeps, I haven't bought a house in 14 years and just received the following message from my loan processor, is this the conditional approval I've been waiting for?

Great news! We received your initial loan approval from underwriting. The underwriter does require additional documentation for review prior to review for final loan approval. Please see if you can help us with the following….
1. We know you are waiting to determine if you will use your 401k or get a gift – please keep us posted so we know how to document accordingly.
2. We will need an updated 401k statement – has a new statement posted?
3. Settlement statement / HUD-1
