Thanks! I'll give a few details, but its been a long night. Tri-merge middle mortgage score was equifax 771. I make $80k/yr have a $9k car note winding down that i pay $380/mo. I keep a balance of $500 on my dicover ($10k cl) that I PIF just to keep a utl on. I have various other open cards open no balances. Found land and a house that had just got the basement dug and floor started. We got in at the perfect time and get to choose all of the installations- ccabinets, carpets, paint, windows, siding, roof, etc. We will be in for around $265k, putting in around 10-15% our total montly payments including everything will be about $1650.
