Yesterday went to sign papers for Escrow and today lender called me and said that the loan has been funded!! and all I need is to get the title recorded to the county! hopefully today since they ordered a rush!! House was last sold for $220,000..I bought on short sale for $72,500. CAN YOU SAY DEAL??? 2 bedroom 2 bath! THANKS EVERYONE!!!
