Update: Appraisal came in at 284K, and contract got redone for that price. then after after three pulls from lender, my score drops and lender hits me with 7,500 in fees, so switched to FHA and appraisal had to be switched as well. Irony is FHA appraisal then came in at 289,900. Everything checked out and we clear to close for Monday, 30th December.

There nust be an easier way to verify debts have been paid off. Lender kept insiting they needed the account numbers on paid off accounts match whats on the credit report exactly. They requested account statements but most lenders do not put the entire number..For that very reason, the back and forth took two weeks!!! smh.. Supposed to hear from them tomorrow on a clear to close so we live to see
