Closed and funded on Friday. Moved in over the weekend and now the unpacking begins!! Thanks to everyone on this board for all your advice and guidance when I started this journey over a year ago from rebuilding my credit to this very point, a HOME OWNER!!!!!

Congratulations!!! The unpacking will seem endless. I closed in July and moved on July 25th. My unpacking has been done a couple of weeks, pictures put up, new furniture bought and in place and the house stays so clean, i have nothing to do. LOL....
