In that position, I'd pay a lawyer. There are a few situations where doing the right thing, wrongly, will make matters far worse.
My guess?! Paying them would negate their ability to reinstate the judgement. Using a lawyer's help to pay could mean getting an motion to vacate.
Don't take my opinion, though. It's coming from a guy whose GF is known for saying "At least you're pretty!", LOL!
I would like to thank everyone for there input. I will look for an attorney to help with the judgement.
