My husband has been pre approved for fha loan, we have offered on a house, etc. all is going well. He had 2 contingencies on the approval, one show fed tax lien paid, DONE! Two, show judgement paid, would it pass the test if its under investigation? It is only on the experian CR....go figure! The other 2 removed it. I could close NOW if this was able to pass the mustard!
