Traditional seller, who we got to provide a 1 year home warranty AND provide 3.5% towards closing!
The original asking price was also 179,900..... we got them down A LOT lol......

Building a new home with Highland Homes, who we got to provide a 1% interest reduction, over 20,000 in upgrades, and $6000.00 towards closing!

The house we had our eye on since Febuaary is a new construction and droped in price from 289 to what we got it at 268. Our only hold up was we can not close until after our 3 year foreclosure date.

I'm going for another. Looking to change schools for my kids with a better yard and neighborhood. Will just rent out our old house.
Traditional seller also. Contributing $3500 to closing and home warranty. Haven't done appraisal yet and am expecting it to come back in the 170's so there will probably be another change in terms soon.

Very happy to be joining this thread.
Found a recently reno-ed ranch in a nice location in the town where I'll be working (not too far from Indy).
Not huge, but there's plenty of space for me and my dog. Looking forward to the low payments!

Flipped house/traditional sale being sold as-is. Passed inspection with minor resolvable issues hopefully to be fixed by seller, (investor). Just hoping the appraisal comes through.
