The house we had our eye on since Febuaary is a new construction and droped in price from 289 to what we got it at 268. Our only hold up was we can not close until after our 3 year foreclosure date.

Found a recently reno-ed ranch in a nice location in the town where I'll be working (not too far from Indy).
Not huge, but there's plenty of space for me and my dog. Looking forward to the low payments!
Flipped house/traditional sale being sold as-is. Passed inspection with minor resolvable issues hopefully to be fixed by seller, (investor). Just hoping the appraisal comes through.
